Personality & Traits
| General Overview | Jennell followed closely in her parents footsteps, joining the Academy as soon as she was old enough. She had experienced ship life from a very early age, with her father being a CO, and his mother a CMO, and therefore had become quite knowledgeable in the working of the ships, sometimes helping some of the more experienced officers, and duty heads with small tasks. She found most excitement in the Medical Department, frequently working with the Chief Medical Officer, her mother. to get experience during the year or so before joining the academy. Although Strict, Jennell is fairly friendly, and will try and make you feel welcome within her department. She will point out peoples errors, trying to make them a better officer, rather than just leaving it until they make a mistake that could end their career. Jennell is also quite frank. If she thinks something is wrong, or something is being done that could majorly endanger a crew, or could get the person in serious trouble, she will bring it up, usually in private, to that person, so that they can discuss the actions, how things could improve, or why the person decided to do that. She does this to help herself to learn new ways of dealing with issues, and new approaches to things. |

| Strengths & Weaknesses | Jennell is a very strict Department Head, pointing out any errors made by her staff, not to be mean, but to help them iron out those errors, so that they may one day progress to higher ranks and positions. She also holds her friends very close, and while she may not have many, those who are her friends have proven themselves to her time and time again. These are both Strengths and Weaknesses, as those under Jennell feel that she is being to harsh on them, and many who try to get into her tight knit group of friends are sometimes put off by how hard it is to become friends with her. | |
| Ambitions | Jennell enjoys being part of the Medical crew aboard starships. Her main ambitions are to become a CMO, and to take courses to specialise in Trauma. | |
| Hobbies & Interests | Jennells main hobbies are medicine, as she thoroughly enjoys it. She also reads lots of books and listens to lots of rock/heavy metal music. She is currently reading Harry Potter for the fifth time. |
| Personal History | Jennell followed closely in her parents footsteps, joining the Academy as soon as she was old enough. She had experienced ship life from a very early age, with her father being a CO, and his mother a CMO, and therefore had become quite knowledgeable in the working of the ships, sometimes helping some of the more experienced officers, and duty heads with small tasks. She found most excitement in the Medical Department, frequently working with the Chief Medical Officer, her mother. to get experience during the year or so before joining the academy. Upon joining the Academy Jennell flew through the basic training courses, as well as the Medical courses. After completing these she decided to stay on, and pursue Officer training. During this training she also decided to take further courses to specialise in Emergency Medicine. Upon passing all but the Emergency Medicine Course first time, she decided to look to join a ship as a Medical Officer. It didn't take her long to be accepted onto the USS Oblivion. She served here for a few years, gaining experience, while retaking her Emergency Medicine Course. After gaining experience she decided to take a move to a Deputy Department Head role. She started looking and found an open position aboard the USS Infinity where she served for a further 7 years as Assistant Chief Medical Officer. Moving into this position she was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade. After 7 years she decided to make a move and try and become Chief Medical Officer somewhere. She found a vacant posting aboard the USS Enterprise where she believes she will able to put her skills and training to good use. |
