Personal History		Grew up in Springfield Illinois, Father was a Sous Chef at the famous Abraham Lincoln Hotel. At 16 got summer job as prep cook at the resturant his father worked out of. Graduated high school and when to Johnson & Wales University. He traveled a while before heading back to school to the Hong Kong Culinary Academy. Spent another 2 years traveling before returning and becomes Sous Chef at Alinea in Chicago. Working there for many years. Was recruited to work as Executive Chef for a few Admirals in Starfleet. He oped to join a ship, even tho the Admiralty disapproved, (wanting to keep him for themselves) they assigned him to the Enterprise.
