Nanee was sitting in her office looking over the reports of all the new medical staff especially the new chief counselor tapping her badge she opened a link to her, "lieutenant Entek could you please come to my office." While she did this she sent a memo for Stahma to also join them. Stahma pulled up the memo closed up what she was working on and headed out of her office and to the chief medical officer's office.

Katilya rolled her head, stretching out the muscles, and got up from her desk as the request for her presence in the Chief Medical Officer's office came over the com channel. "On my way," she said having slapped her combadge to respond. Pulling herself out of her office chair, she straightened her duty jacket, and begun the short walk to sickbay. She was slowly getting used to the layout of the ship, or at least, the places she frequented. Arriving in sickbay, Katilya looked around, before clocking the door to the CMO's office and headed over. Tapping the chime, she waited.

"Enter." Nanee called out as she nodded to Stahma to take a seat as they waited for the doors to slid open and the other lieutenant to walk in. "Ah lieutenant Entek please take a seat. I'm lieutenant Nanee Quoicho chief medical officer and this is ensign Stahma sh'Chavah one of your counselors she arrived just a few days before you."

Katilya raised a brow and took a seat in the chief medical officer's office. "Pleasure to meet you both," she said inclining her head. "I was actually coming to find you Ensign, I need to review the most recent patient notes." She commented with a smile and looking back to the CMO. "So, Doctor, was there someone you needed to refer to us?" she asked wondering the nature of the meeting.

"There's one person I would you to keep an eye on a lieutenant commander Tierney Rineheart she's chief intelligence she's had a lot happen to her. When things calm down please pay her a visit." Nanee said looking mostly at the lieutenant wanting someone with a bit more experience. "As for everything else we need to start gearing up for annual psych evals of everyone on the ship."

Katilya made a mental note of the name and clicked her tongue in thought for a moment. "Has this Tierney Rineheart had any therapy or counselling sessions since her posting?" the petite Cardassian asked. "Do I need to be aware of any particular circumstances before going into it?" she added after a moment more thinking.

"No she has not had any sessions that I know of." Nanee said looking over her jacket, "there's non-listed that doesn't mean she hasn't seen anyone. And as for particular circumstances you'll need to let her tell you." Nanee added looking at the Cardassian, "let her do it on her own time." Stahma just listened sensing and seeing that the lieutenant has had a similar situation. "And ensign I want you to speak with Sh'eik he's a Cait whose been having major medical problems we need history."

"Of course ma'am I can speak with him today." Stahma said giving a nod.

The petite Cardassian raised an eyebrow at the Doctor. "I'll conduct my department... and my therapy sessions as I see fit, Doctor," she said somewhat coldly. She looked to her departmental assistant and then back at the CMO. "I shall see to Tierney and I would like all the reports from the past six months on my desk, if that's not too much trouble." She stated crossing her arms and leaning back in the chair.

Nanee nodded, "this is true but counseling is a sub-department of medical which I'm the chief of. And yes you're allowed to conduct sessions as you see fit. But if I feel that someone needs it I'll voice my concern leaving it in your capable hands to handle it." Nanee said tapping a few buttons and having her yeomen start compiling the files she needed and would need. "We'll have those files for you in a few hours.

Katilya raised a brow and shook her head, "no doctor, let's get one thing perfectly clear from the outset. Counselling is its own department. I report to the command team and not you. While we will no doubt work together and share information... Please don't be under any illusion it's anything more than mutual, professional respect." The petite Cardassian wasn't about to start taking orders unnecessarily, it would hinder things too much. "Thank you, in fact," she turned to the ensign "can you ensure all counselling files are transferred to secure terminals in the counselling suite of offices where they belong?"

Nanee looked at the other lieutenant it had been awhile since she actually looked at how the two departments ran. "Fair enough." Nanee said deciding arguing with the women so she could have more work was just ridiculous. Stahma just nodded looking at Katilya her new department head seeing that she was fierce one which Stahma was gonna like.

"I can have those files on your desk in a few hours I'm still wading through them myself." Stahma said seeing that she had arrived slightly ahead of the lieutenant.

"Fantastic," Katilya spoke directly to the ensign before turning her attention back to the ship's chief medical officer. Rising from her chair she nodded to the two women and made to leave.

"If that's all I'm sure I'll see you at the next mission briefing lieutenant Entek." Nanee said cooly as she turned back to her work. Stahma stood and headed out of the office but waited just outside of it just incase Katilya wanted to go over anything else.

"No doubt," Katilya quipped before turning on her heel and striding out of sickbay. Noticing the Aenar waiting for her, she raised a quizzical brow. "That will be all for now ensign, I'm… sorry you had to witness that in there, but this department is in no way under medical and if she gives you any grief, let me know."

Stahma just nodded as she headed for her office not minding it one bit it helped her gauge the two women that she'll most likely be dealing with. Especially if medical calls for a counselor to help a patient while still in sickbay which she actually needed to do with a Cait civilian named Sh'eik.
