Looking through her personal medpack she looked around for her personalized crystalline based PaDD; the PaDD was a stroke of genius and elegantly designed by yours truly and a civilian contractor. The design concept was to be simple and minimalistic with a rounded rubber grip on top and for one of the sides which was moveable allowing for easy use for either right or left handed people. Also within the grip was a housing unit for a stylus making it easier to access the drop down boxes.

The beauty was the way data was shown the background of the screen remained clear making it much easier to read vitals and even reviewing images. Because of crystalline structure it made retrieving and receiving data much faster allowing for real time vital viewing much like what the monitors do on a bio-bed.

Quickly double checking her hypospray and the basic meds that a normal medpack always had but Nanee always carried a few others. Stopping at the nurses desk she checked in with them mentioning she needed to make a house call and she would be right back. It didn't take long to make it to the brig, "here to see commander Rogers for her check-up."

Scarlet was sat facing the corner of the room. She was bored stiff.

The brig officer nodded at the bag letting Nanee know it had to be searched. Nanee just shook her head but handed it over feeling like this was ridiculous and a major waste of time for both her the officer. "Alright you can head back." The officer said handing the bag back to her Nanee.

"Commander how are we feeling today?" Nanee asked pulling out her CPaDD the name of the PaDD.

"Tickety-boo," Scarlet said sarcastically, not turning around.

Fair enough. Nanee thought seeing that she was still recovering, in the brig and potentially being falsely accused. Pulling her PaDD up, "commander I need you to come closer to the field I need a new set of vitals."

Scarlet picked herself up slowly and painfully, walking over to the forcefield, "Excuse me for not being perky. I can see why they give people psych evaluations after being stuck in here."

Nanee pulled out the stylus and changed the vitals view slightly with her being locked up she expected her blood pressure, pulse and respiration's to be higher than normal. "So I know this isn't what you want to hear but I need you to try and calm down. The amount of stress you're putting on your body isn't healthy especially with you still recovering."

Scarlet slammed her hand against the forcefield and raise her voice, "There is nothing to do here, to calm myself or otherwise. You can not tell me to calm down when this place is so blank."

"Meditate, close your eyes take long deep and calming breaths. I don't care what you do just try and calm yourself down." Nanee said capturing several vital recordings and adding them to her chart. "I mean ask for a damn book I'm sure they're willing to give you one."

Scarlet hit her hand on the forcefield again, "You honestly think I'm stupid enough not to ask!?"

"Let me see what I can do." Nanee said knowing she would need to go to the captain or executive officer for this one.

Scarlet dropped to her knees, emotionally drained. Her surrender was from the heart and she just wanted to get out of there.

"I'll be back later with hopefully some good news." Nanee said trying to be comforting but struggling majorly seeing as this wasn't what she was good at. "Just hang in there." Nanee added with a shrug not sure how effective that statement was.
