Mission: Holy Cow
Location: Sickbay

After finally convincing the quartermaster to do some work in her office Stahma was quite please with it; the walls were pure white, the couch and chairs were a pure white as well and finally her desk and the coffee table were a clear crystalline base glass. With the lights on full it would be very blinding and disorientating for anyone but blind species which meant she kept the lighting at 75% or lower.

The whiteness for Stahma was once again meant purity, simplicity, cleanliness, peace, humility, innocence and good for her and anyone that she would see. "Ah ensign sh'Chavah apology for the non-welcoming committee to sickbay we're......well you've seen what has been going on." Nanee said walking over and taking a seat on the couch and looking around the room, "interesting decorating choices."

"I find it calming and soothing." Stahma said watching or mainly watching her aura finding it strange the aura was one color black; sadness, remorse, anger, mourning, death and finally detachment. "How long have you been dealing with this loss you've suffered?"

"How.....how......you read my aura." Nanee said laughing feeling almost a tinge of psychosis coming over her from the lack of sleep. "I didn't come here to be shrinked I came here to welcome you to the ship and medical department." Nanee said standing giving the ensign a nod before walking out.

Stahma stood and bowed, "I didn't mean to pry lieutenant but it's radiating off of you like a stench of a Targ. Pardon my language lieutenant." She could sense that Nanee knew this but she just wasn't ready to deal with it Nanee stopped and looked back giving her a simple nod before walking out of sickbay and to her quarters. But before she reached the door Nanee stopped.

"My apologies it's been......been well hell." Nanee said walking in and taking a seat on the couch but just as she sat her badge went off.

"Lieutenant Quoicho you're needed in the pit a female physician mate said with a small chuckle as another female physician mate said something.

"Is there something funny petty officer?" Nanee said crossly standing up and looking at the new counselor, "you better come as well and see how sickbay is run." And with that the two marched into the pit, "what do we've?" Nanee asked again.

"A lieutenant, well more specifically a very very attractive lieutenant." The petty officer who called it in, "apparently he's the sole survivor of some firefight that was at the edge of the system."

Calcutta looked up and sighed, "Lieutenant Kerenal, formerly of the USS Crazy Horse. El-Aurian. He was well enough to have the Chief Spook melting in his arms last time I saw him." She chuckled lightly, more than amused by what she'd seen. "I released him to Commander Rinehart's care since he was testing fine, more than coherent if you catch my drift, and she seemed more than comfortable and familiar with him. We had to turn the temperature down in triage after they left. Lawdy have mercy, child." The older southern Physician's Mate grinned and shook her head. "Sole survivor, but only fella on his ship. The Commander had it towed into one of the shuttle bays. Just looks like he was taken out by a shock wave, no direct fire. Came in here with minor scrapes and burns, but he did have a slight concussion. Nothing too serious. I figure you'd be fixin' to make sure there was nothing lasting so I went ahead and scheduled him for a post check."

"Petty officer you signed the release? Last time I checked only medical officers are allowed to release patients." Nanee said looking at Calcutta. Sighing hearing all the non-medical related information. "ensign sh'Chavah could you please call lieutenant Kerenal back down here." Stahma just nodded, "let him know we need to perform a full physical."

"Last time I checked I had a full NP behind my name, sugar." Calcutta replied, eyeing the Trill up and down, "I didn't wall off the watermelon truck just yesterday. Last I checked you were out with your own ills and I was the highest ranking medic in this rat trap."

Walking over to a wall console Stahma hit the button assuming the lieutenant would still be with the chief intel officer, "lieutenant commander Rineheart lieutenant Quoicho is requesting that lieutenant Kerenal comes back down to sickbay for a full physical."

"Rinehart to sickbay," Tierney sighed from beneath her blankets, "Be advised Lieutenant Kerenal is not with me. I believe he's in route to your location." The badge chirped to cut the channel, and the little porcelain star child burrowed deeper into her covers.

"Ma'am apparently he's coming here as we speak." Stahma said eyeing the petty officer, "petty officer you were in the right but the lieutenant has and still is dealing with what happened on the planet I would keep that in mind." Nanee took a deep breath looking between the two of them.

"Ensign sh'Chavah could you please wait in my office and petty officer send the lieutenant there when he arrives." With that Nanee walked to her officer with the ensign in tow.

Calcutta looked over at the Andorian and nodded, "I'm aware. I just try to run a tidy program, s'all." She replied, "I'll make sure the Lieutenant hops to when he arrives." She chuckled, still amused.

Striding through the infamous decks of the Enterprise had filled Kerenal was a new found respect for Starfleet, what they had created in the odyssey class ship was a marvel of scientific and exploratory might, coupled with the sting of the Klingon Empire and Starfleet combined, he found himself once more at the doors to sickbay, although this time he was entering instead of exiting.

Stahma was waiting near the main entrance for this what was explained to her a drop-dead gorgeous El-Aurian male officer. Hearing the doors swish open she had to ask this of everyone as she hadn't yet been able to distinguish between the crew yet. "Lieutenant Kerenal is that you?"

"Reporting as requested, Tierney said you asked after me," Kerenal replied with a slight smile as he turned to greet the woman who had addressed him, "I was on my way down anyway, its about time for my check-up, after all I did suffer a head injury, it requires monitoring."

"Apologies commander I am ensign Stahma sh'Chavah one of the counselors I just arrived a few days before you did. Let me take you to lieutenant Nanee Quoicho. She is in her office." Sthama said leading the lieutenant to Nanee's office. "I hear your arrival caused a stir."

"It would seem that way," Kerenal replied with a light chuckle as he was directed towards the office by the Ensign, "I would point out however that it was pure dumb luck that I happened to end up close enough for the Enterprise to rescue me, I was fleeing from some rather... criminal elements."

Stahma nodded, "well if you need or like to discuss what happened I'm always here to listen." And with that she gave a polite nod and headed back to her office realizing that her job description was gonna be slightly different which she didn't mind.

"You'll understand that there are some things that I can't talk about," Kerenal replied as he stepped into the office.

Stahma nodded watching the intriguing El-Aurian head into the chief's office. "Ah Lieutenant Kerenal a pleasure to meet you." Nanee said standing up and giving him a nod. "Please have a seat. Usually we don't do physicals for new arrivals but well with the way you've arrived I feel that a physical is in order."

"Exactly why I was on my way down, Doc," Kerenal replied with a bright smile.

Nodding, "Petty Officer Maxwell well show you to bed 8 and I'l be right there to get started." Nanee said tapping a few buttons to get the petty officer in here.

"Very well then," Kerenal replied, nodding his head in respect as he turned to leave the office again, being directed towards the bed that he was to occupy for the physical by the petty officer.

"Alright we'll just do a simple full body scan, a couple of blood draws and get a complete medical history from you." Nanee said said nodding for the lieutenant to lay down on the biobed. "First things first are you currently taking any medications. If you're for what?" Nanee asked nodding to the petty officer to start the scan.

"No Medications and no underlying conditions, as for a full history, you'll find my file in the Starfleet records, unless you want to sit here through nearly 800 years of my medical history, I'd rather attempt to keep it short." Kerenal replied with a light chuckle.

"Fair enough how about have you had any bodily injuries in the last 2 years?" Nanee asked.

"Beyond those sustained in the attack, none," Kerenal replied quickly.

Nanee nodded as the scan was completed, "alright the scan is done the physician mate well now take four vials of your blood just to make sure everything is okay. Any family history of heart disease or any heart conditions and conditions that could be fatal to you?" Nanee asked as the physician mate started taking the blood samples.

"I'm sure that if there were any that they would have presented themselves sometime in the last 800 years." Kerenal replied with a chuckle.

"Alright fair enough. We'll run your blood take a closer look at your scans and inform you if we find anything alarming or anything that you should be made aware of. With that you're free to go." Nanee said.

"Excellent, Thanks doc," Kerenal replied with another chuckle as he jumped up off the bio bed and strode towards the door, "Give me a shout if anything comes up."
