After the battle was over Nanee put Stahma in-charge of setting the teams up the new officer wasn't quite ready for that task at least not on a Starfleet vessel. Grabbing her personal kit she rushed out of sickbay and up to the bridge, "captain." She said seeing the gash on his head. Looking at the commander, "did the captain loose conscious after hitting his head?"

"No he didn't," Hunter was busy getting reports through and getting a team together, to go planet side.

Karim sat in the command chair, with his hand pressed to his head with a pad from the emergency medkit by his chair. Smiling weakly he said "I'm sorry Doctor, it seems I have a talent for hurting myself."

Pulling his hand away Nanee took a look at the gash and at his vitals from her CPaDD, "Well your lucky. Even superficial head wounds bleed like crazy. But with you not loosing consciousness I can safely say you don't have a concussion. I'll just need to run a dermal regenerator over the gash and you'll be good to go." Nanee said pulling out what she needed, "is anyone else wounded?"

"I'm fine, just a bruise on my wrist I'm assuming. There's probably quite a few bumps and bruises around," Hunter replied before handing the captain a PaDD, "Report's in."

Sighing with relief when the wound was being healed, he took the offered padd with his free hand. Acknowledging it with a nod, he said "Thank you Commander, please see to your son, then assemble your away team to check on our people, and the Nirua."

"Thank you, sir," the woman replied before running off the bridge back to her quarters.

Looking to Quoicho, he said "How is Sickbay? Any casualties or just bumps and bruises?"

"No deceased a few broken bones and a few that neeeded emergency surgery but most scraps and bruises." Nanee said putting her stuff away and looking over her CPaDD that she got updated reports from sickbay on. "It mostly looks like people are more confused than hurt physically."

Nodding, he said "Keep me updated Doctor." Slowly he stood and started moving towards the ready room. Knowing what she would probably say he added "I know you are probably going to talk me into reporting to my quarters to rest and recover, but I have too much to do. I promise once all my reports are done I will do so." Moving closer to the door he caught the eye of an ensign at the OPS station and said "Ensign, you have the bridge."
